POSITION INFO:

Location: Stellenbosch

Position: Bookkeeper

A wine farm in Stellenbosch is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team. If you have a passion for numbers and a commitment to accuracy, we’d love to hear from you!

Key responsibilities will include:

Manage all aspects of creditors and debtors.
Maintain accurate financial records up to trial balance.
Process invoices and payments in a timely manner.
Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly reports.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

We need to see:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, ideally 3 years’ experience
Completed Finance / Accounting qualification
Proficiency in Xero, DEXT, Vinsight, and RoomRaccoon and advanced Excel skills
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
