POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to join a dynamic team. You will manage essential financial duties, such as recording financial transactions. You are a team player who has a strong attention to detail and a commitment to supporting the company''s values. This position is based in the northern suburbs of Cape Town and is a Monday to Friday, office-based position.

Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or relevant qualification
Stong computer accounting package skills
Advanced EXCEL

Duties:

Reconciling Bank Accounts / Credit Card
Reconcile monthly creditors recons and remittances
Debtors / Creditors
Petty Cash / Journals / General Journals / Invoices / Credit Notes
Weekly and Monthly Reports
Banking details - payments
Knowledge of taxes - VAT
Ledger Accounts
Assist with Audit preparation
Books up to Balance Sheet
All general administration duties
