POSITION INFO:
An established accounting firm in Bloemfontein is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team. If you have experience compiling trial balances and you're ready for a new challenge, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Compiling final trial balances for clients.
- Experience in the compilation of financial statements will be an advantage.
- Capturing and processing monthly financial information.
- Knowledge and experience of various tax matters.
Requirements
- Experience in the compilation of trial balances.
- Proficiency in Draftworx and/or Caseware is essential.
- Computer literacy in Pastel and/or Xero.
- Current or recent experience in an accounting firm.
- A relevant qualification is advantageous but not a prerequisite.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 17:00
- Friday: 07:30 – 15:00
Remuneration
- Basic Salary: R 18 000 - R 20 000
- Additional Benefits:
- R750 company contribution to a medical aid.
- Group scheme contribution paid by employer.
