Bookkeeper

POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team, based in Queenstown.

Successful candidate must be a process and system driven individual, who will be responsible for bookkeeping functions of entities.

Minimum Requirements:-

• Matric
• Financial qualification
• Experience in Financial software (Xero and Caseware Working Papers beneficial)
• MS Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
• Minimum 4-5 years' experience in Financial sector
• Must be prepared to work overtime
• Good understanding of Accounting principles
• Driver's license + own vehicle preferable

Duties (amongst others):-

• Bookkeeping to Trial Balance using Xero
• Reconcile bank entities and petty cash
• Monthly reconciliation of various accounts and the reporting thereof
• General administration
• Preparation of Payroll reconciliation
