A well-established firm is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for accuracy, strong reconciliation skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile daily bank transactions for trust and business accounts
• Post receipts, invoices, and payments across multiple accounts
• Ensure accurate coding and reconciliation of deposits
• Manage creditor payments, debtor reports, and investment postings
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
• Assist with petty cash, gift card reconciliations, and expense tracking
• Support secretarial teams with reconciliations, disbursement queries, and reporting
• Oversee stationery stock and order supplies as required
• Provide reception cover on a rotational basis

Key Skills & Experience:

• Relevant Diploma or Degree
• Proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
• Strong knowledge of financial reconciliation and data management
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
