SUMMARY:
Our client based in Rivonia is seeking a bookkeeper with no less than 3 years experience to do a three-month contract at their offices. (focusing on accounts payable, recons, processing)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assisting with annual financial audits
Assisting fixed asset custodian
Assisting the procurement process owner
Assisting with preparation of ad-hoc reporting requests
Accounts payable processing
Corresponding with suppliers on outstanding accounts payable
Corresponding internally on outstanding accounts payable
Compliance maintenance– ensure documentation received for processing is compliant with BEE requirements, internal control requirements, and management policy and procedures requirements
Reconciliations of supplier statements of account to accounts payable balances
Reimburse claims processing

Working experience on Pastel / SAP or similar required
