SUMMARY:
Reservoir Hills. Established company within the Petroleum industry seeks competent, meticulous, and efficient Administration Manager with at least 2 – 3 years admin experience to effectively lead a team to complete various administrative functions within different departments.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Good computer literacy and experience working on Excel and QuickBooks is ideal.

Responsibilities:

Daily balancing of shifts and invoicing
Placing orders
Weekly and monthly reporting
Daily balancing of cash, eft’s and card batching’s
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
Allocate responsibilities and office space
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Manage schedules and deadlines
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons

Requirements:

2 - 3 years admin experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Well-versed in departmental procedures and policies
Diverse and works well within a team environment
