SUMMARY:
Our client in Cape Town is currently on the lookout for a Bookkeeper to start soonest.

The company is based in Epping Cape Town

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
  • Must be able to handle all debtors and creditors of the company. Very strong Debt collecting skills.
  • Pastel knowledge is a must 
  • Sage online accounting would be a plus 
  • Must be able to work on excel and word documents
  • Efiling and PAYE, Vat returns experience a must
  • Must be able to process up to Trial Balance 
  • Will be thought how to do client integrations 
  • Tax Return knowledge is a must
Minimum Requirements:
  • Pastel accounting have at least 3 years work experience on Pastel Recently worked on Pastel
  • Pastel Payroll fully experienced 
  • Excellent Excel
  • Preferably non-smoker
  • Team player but also able to work on own and use initiave
  • work very closely with the accountants on a weekly basis
