POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage account reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded, and reconciling accounts regularly.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can work independently and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including bank statements, invoices, and expenses.
Ensure accuracy in financial data and correct discrepancies as needed.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Collaborate with management to improve financial processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, or similar role.
Diploma, Degree, Certificate in finance or related field.
Proficiency in accounting software.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
Excellent skill in Debtors, Creditors and Cashbook essential
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Accounting administration related experience.
Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook proficiency preferred.
