SUMMARY:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper / Financial Clerk to join our team.

This role involves managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate recording in various ledgers, and bringing the books to the trial balance stage.

The ideal candidate will perform partial checks of the posting process, complete tax forms, enter data, maintain records, and create comprehensive financial reports and statements. Additionally, the Financial Clerk will process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
Perform partial checks of the posting process.
Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements.
Process accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner
Basic Admin

Work Hours:
08h00 - 13h00

Requirements:
Matric
SAGE Experience is a MUST
2 Years experience minimum
