Skills:

  • Excel Advanced
  • Syspro

 

 

Job description:

  • Capturing cashbooks daily
  • Capturing AP Payments to cashbook and receipting of AP payments
  • Bank recons
  • Receipting of all deposit schedules
  • Doing Company GL recons and GL Journals
  • GL balance Sheet recons
  • Assisting with year end audit preparations and process
  • Assisting the Senior Bookkeeper and Financial Manager where needed
