Leading experts who work with organisations across multiple sectors to develop AI capabilities, are seeking a Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team and support the financial operations and client relationship management of our growing business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in bookkeeping and a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Run reports, end of year accounts (which are coming up) etc are the most important elements, with Xero AND HubSpot experience being key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and Financial Management:
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero.
- Reconcile accounts, manage cash flow, and track expenses.
- Prepare and process invoices and payments.
- Chase outstanding invoices and manage debtor/creditor accounts.
- Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and cash flow projections.
- Support end-of-year financial processes, including liaising with external accountants.
- CRM Management:
- Work with HubSpot to manage client and contact data efficiently.
- CRM updates.
- General Administrative Support:
- Flexibly adapt to other business needs, contributing to various tasks typical of a small business.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proficiency in Xero with a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining collaborative relationships.
