SUMMARY:
DBN000064 – Bookkeeper / Administrator - Ballito
Purpose of the Job:
To effectively manage the company’s financial records & ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Required Qualifications
- Accounting, finance, Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Bookkeeping & Office Administration
- Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks, Xero or similar)
- Knowledge of financial compliance, tax regulations & payroll processing
POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
- Keep accurate financial records, including bank reconciliations, invoices & AP & AR
- Oversee daily office activities to make sure business operations run smoothly.
- Keep track of contracts, company data & compliance paperwork.
- Help with creating service reports, planning maintenance tasks & liaising with field workers.
- To guarantee smooth operations, communicate with suppliers & customers.
- Keep your operational and financial documents in an orderly filing structure.
- Assist management with administrative duties, such as writing letters, reports & presentations. creation of output reports monthly
