Our client, a respected NPO based in Centurion, is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper / Finance Administrator to support their financial operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the non-profit sector.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and prepare financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Move transactions onto a unified template, ensuring consistency and clarity.
- Accurately capture data and perform bookkeeping tasks up to the trial balance.
- Maintain strong data administration practices to support financial integrity.
Ideal Candidate:- Qualifications: Higher Certificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related finance qualification.
- Experience: 3-5 years in bookkeeping or finance administration.
- Proficient in Pastel Evolution, accounting ERP software, and Excel.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and data accuracy are essential.
