Requirements:
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- Bookkeeping and Sage One experience.
- Any qualifications in logistics is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in finance, bookkeeping and entry level management, with mainly experience as a personal assistant.
- Very strong admin skills
- Proactive approach to problem solving and ability to multitask
Responsibilities:
- Manage finance managers diary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping
- Daily tasks and personal tasks, as well as manage 3 drivers full time, with another person
- Assisting in completing clerical tasks for senior members, including emails, phone calls and scheduling meetings.
- Assisting with daily time management.
- Run errands as requested.
