SUMMARY:
Dealership Branch Accountant - Johannesburg North - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dealership Accountant at a Dealership based in Johannesburg North.

 Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Report and prepare financial statements
  • Control fixed assets and follow up on outstanding vehicle debtors
  • Assist DP with management daily, operating and annual financial reports to OEM or dealership management in terms of franchise agreement
  • Reconcile stock
  • Daily: Reports and bank statements
  • Weekly: Management reports, warranty pay outs and recon, overtime management
  • Monthly: Calculate commissions, journals & recon, salaries, creditors payment, posting demo vehicle depreciation etc.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years working experience at dealership level in the automotive industry, either as Accountant or Financial Manager
  • BCom Degree (or equivalent)
  • Experience working on Pinnacle
  • Clear criminal record and credit record
