An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, based in Cape Town, for a Branch Administrator with strong administrative experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
  • Control & maintain all aspects of admin within the branch.
  • Loading of contracts on IT system to ensure correct & accurate billing to customers.
  • Doing dispensing recon monthly to balance rental assets monthly.
  • Preparing & control of month end stock take.
  • Creditors – Non stock 
  • Petty cash
  • Human resources
  • Reporting i.e. rebates, national figures, monthly sales figures & lost business report.
  • Complying with ISO 9001 processes and procedures.
  • Payroll management
  • Investigation analysis of financial results.
  • Reporting of sales figures.
  • Admin Control
  • National account preparation
Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Qualification in admin will be advantageous
  • Bookkeeping certificate / equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a admin position
  • Valid driver license (EB)
