Branch Administrator - Richards Bay

 

Main Purpose:

Reporting to Branch Manager, responsible for running the admin duties for the branch.

 

Education, Experience and Competencies required.

  • Matric
  • 3-5 years branch administration exp
  • Computer Service Experience
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Accuracy and high attention to details
  • Able to work under pressure

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Transport arrangements and logistic coordinating
  • Branch stock movement
  • Assist with sourcing of equipment
  • Certificates of compliance
  • Placing PO's and following up on invoices, GRN and submit to head office
  • Assist with stock take
