We are looking for an individual with strong experience in a technical recruitment sector who can lead and grow a team of consultants.  You must be happy initially to be a billing manager as you will be expected to lead from the front.

Location

We are looking to recruit the right individual and are looking to open an office in any of the below locations close to where the manager lives. 

Office Location – Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town or Durban

What we offer

Basic salary – ZAR35,000 to ZAR 50,000 per month

Commission – ZAR 20,000 to ZAR 70,000 per month (likely after 3-9 months)

Holidays – 20 days a year

We serve the UK market from South Africa and have already built a successful team of over 30 recruiters that serve several divisions that we operate in. We are seeking a driven manager who can take a specialist division, that serves the UK Mechanical and Electrical Engineering sector, to a team of 8-12 consultants and onto its projected growth journey.  You will initially have a smaller team and be expected to help develop and mentor new staff members. 

We do have an internal recruitment and training team that will support the induction and training of new recruits. Having grown our staff numbers by over 30% in the last year, you’ll be joining the company at the best possible time for career progression opportunities.

The Role

Stepping into our ecosystem, you’ll notice the strong support and backing of the leadership team. You’ll appreciate the tightly knit nature of the company and how we all help each other to succeed. Your objective will be to create a fantastic atmosphere amongst your own team. An environment where your recruiters feel empowered and successful.

You will be expected to quickly grow our Mechanical and Electrical team into a business unit of 8-12 consultants delivering 2 placements a month each.

We give you full training on our systems and would also want you to go through our LMS (learning management system) to understand how we do things, as we do look at recruitment differently to our competition.

We’ll help you to learn and understand how we do things and the exact nature of the services we provide. Initially you will be actively involved in recruiting for our clients and will be expected to lead from the front. Over time the role will develop into a non-billing manager but initially you will be expected to lead the way.  Once you have built the team up your role will become more of a full-time manager.

We already have a fully populated database and knowledge of this sector; you will need to bring your drive and determination to make it a success.  This is not a new division as we have served this market for nearly 15 years and have a very large database of clients and candidates to go at making this an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenging role.

We also offer administration and research support. So you don’t have to format CV’s, post adverts, clean the database with new contacts, its all done for you. We also deliver sales intelligence about when people leave jobs or companies advertise for staff. We have a well oiled operation making your target delivery as easy as it could be.
