About the Role:
As our Branch Manager, you will oversee all branch operations, manage a team of sales professionals, and lead efforts to engage the municipal sector. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support branch operations and performance, ensuring all targets are met.
Lead and develop a sales team focused on engaging with the municipal sector.

Qualifications and Experience:

Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven ability to work directly with employers and drive team success in sales.
