SUMMARY:
JOYA BRANDS is looking for a dynamic, and ambitious individual to join the Marketing Team!!!

Job title: Brand Assistant 
Work Location: 7 Neil Hare Road, Atlantis 7349 
Division/Department: Marketing 
Reports to: Marketing Manager 

General Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders 
Day-to-day agency engagement 
Assist & support with drafting of the brand plan in line with the marketing strategy 
Support planning and implementation of marketing campaigns  
Internal communications & visual office management 
Set up and maintain brand history repository 
 
Digital Marketing 
Oversee milestone deliverables of tactical campaigns 
Review content and copy in line with brand positioning and objectives 
Daily monitor & review of digital engagement on digital platforms 
Review agency reports and highlight key insights 
Compile digital data and derive insights and recommendations   
Create and drive milestone plan per campaign to ensure timely execution 
Manage design of in-store POS design with support from Marketing Manager 
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of campaign elements 
Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations based on insights 
Drive, track and manage in-store sampling plans and schedules 
Quantitative & Qualitative feedback on campaign performance  
Full post campaign analysis including recommendations based on insight 

Market Research, Analysis and Reporting 
Prepare and present brand and market content 
Stay up to date with industry and market trends 
Gather competitive intelligence 
Provide insight and recommendations based on category trends and consumer behaviour trends 
Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns with recommended actions 

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 
Post Graduate degree advantageous 
1-2 years’ experience in an FMCG environment advantageous 
Intermediary reporting skills & proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
Strong skills & proficiency on Microsoft PowerPoint 
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms a plus 
Strong project management skills
