SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Brand Manager (Retail / Quick Service Restaurant) for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape

POSITION INFO:
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related
• 2+ years’ experience in marketing – retail or Quick Service Restaurant industry
• Strong understanding of retail marketing principles & consumer behaviour
• Creative thinker and able to develop innovative marketing concepts
• Strong communication (English fluency) & presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing analytics stools
• Valid license and passport – regular travel to various markets

• Develop / implement marketing strategies for in-restaurant promotions, menu offerings, and local store marketing initiatives across all company’s markets
• Work closely with menu development teams and operations to enhance the in-store customer experience and drive sales
• Presentation of retail marketing plans
• Analyse sales data and consumer trends
