About the YES Initiative
The initiative was launched by the President in 2018 and is a partnership with the government and labour department to collectively devise a national plan to build economic pathways for South Africa’s youth by creating workplace opportunities for South African youth over a period of 12 months.

Position: Brand Marketing Intern

Stipend: R12 000 pm

POSITION INFO:
About the role
The position is responsible to assist in deploying the marketing strategy at country and dealer level and coordinating the activities with the Brand Marketing Team and Dealers.

• Execute events on behalf of the marketing department
• Assist dealers with developing their marketing plans
• Assist and support the dealers with events and exhibition material
• Assist and support the dealers with sales promotional material
• Administration and billing handling
• Maintain relationships with communication agencies,
• Maintain relationships with merchandising suppliers.

• Assist with the leads management process flow
• Manage merchandise, stock take and record keep

• Prepare advertising material and dealer advert space on local media
• Assist the dealers with sales promotional material
• Support with the monitoring of sell out data and propose corresponding marketing action to be developed through MY Iveco Business Tool
• Manage Business Connection profiling

• South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34
• Must not have taken part on the YES Programme before
• Grade 12
• Relevant Marketing degree or similar
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a similar Marketing role would be beneficial
