• A passion for solving mechanical issues and getting customers back on the road.
• Proven experience in breakdown repairs and automotive maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in various conditions.
• A valid driver’s license (Code 8 or higher).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt roadside assistance to vehicles in need.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical issues effectively.
• Maintain tools and equipment in excellent condition.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
• Operating a breakdown bakkie
• Strip and fit passenger, truck, bus, tractor and earthmover tyres
• Repair tyre punctures
• Conduct tyre surveys
• Respond to logged breakdowns
• Conduct torque testing on wheels worked on
• Work after hours
• Keep breakdown bakkie and tools clean
• Keep proper records of all work conducted and submit job cards to the office
