Breakfast Chef De Partie

SUMMARY:
We require the services of a reliable and experienced Breakfast Chef De Partie to join a hotel team. The responsible person will be responsible for the daily breakfast preparation.

POSITION INFO:

Job Type: Permanent 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Chef de Partie position within a 4/5* Hotel / Guest House
• Polite, friendly and organised person with a strong personality that can think on their feet
• Well-spoken and well-presented individual
• Must be able supervise and manage the junior chefs on the breakfast shift
• Must have grade 12 with a formal culinary qualification
• Must be reliable and able to work independently and under pressure
• Previous experience with banqueting, catering for up to 150 pax
