SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Broker's Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the team of advisors in Paarl.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Suitable RE qualification
Experience with Personal and Commercial insurance products
At least 3 years dealing with short term insurance

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist advisors with all aspects of client service.
Prepare and process policy renewals.
Handle policy amendments and changes.
Manage and track insurance claims.
Request and compile insurance quotations.
Respond to and resolve client inquiries.
Perform various administrative tasks as required
