Brooklyn, Pretoria: KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (COLLECTION)

Minimum Requirements:

-Well presentable and professional Afrikaans speaking female

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

-Matric / Grade 12 (Legal / BCom qualification advantageous)

-Minimum 2 years recent collections experience a must, preferably at a law firm

-Computer literate in MS Office

-Own reliable transport (no hassles to work)

-Stable employment record and contactable reference

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Debt collections for company specializing in the provision of commercial insurance products and risk management to liquidators, attorneys and professional persons

-Following up on outstanding premiums & long outstanding / renewals, progress reports on each individual estate, outstanding documents required in order to finalise / process accordingly

-Meetings with client regarding statements

-Calling clients to follow up

-Pulling reports from Nimbis and exporting to excel, pulling and saving premium notifications to send to clients

-Making notes on Nimbis of correspondence to and from client and saving relevant documents

-Requesting refunds if applicable

-Maintaining client relationships

-Processing of Master Documents on Nimbis (Reversing and re-raising of premiums, cancelling of policies, reducing and increasing of bond amounts as per Master document instructions)

-Attending to client queries (General, outstanding Premium notifications, appointments made etc.)

Salary: R 15 000.00 gross + potential incentives based on collections
