A leading property developer is seeking an experienced Building Foreman to join their dynamic team. With exciting projects in the Paarl and Parel Vallei areas, this role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, high-quality residential developments.

POSITION INFO:

Key Projects

• Parel Vallei, Cape Town: Construction of 600 residential houses.
• Paarl:
• 10 blocks of modern flats.
• 67 upmarket luxury houses.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor progress, conduct inspections, and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the project management team and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Building Foreman, preferably in residential developments.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously.
• Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
