Residential Building Foreman
Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape
Are you an experienced Residential Building Foreman with a passion for upmarket housing projects? We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team and oversee the construction of luxury homes in a prestigious estate in Stellenbosch.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate and lead subcontractors, tradesmen, and labor teams.
Ensure adherence to high-quality standards and specifications.
Monitor project progress and report to management regularly.
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
Resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Residential Building Foreman on high-end housing projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Valid driverâs license and own transport.
