SUMMARY:
Building Foreman required to work on Commercial and Industrial building projects

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience required:
10 to 15 years experience as Construction Building Foreman on Commercial and Industrial building projects

Duties:

Interpreting architectural drawings and specifications
Co-ordinating labour resources, procurement and delivery of materials, plant and equipment
Consulting with Architects, Engineering professionals, Technical and Trade workers
Negotiating with building owners, property developers and sub-contractors involved in the construction processes
Operating and implementing co-ordinated work programmes for sites
Ensuring adherence to building legislation and standards of performance. quality, cost and safety
Overseeing the standard and progress of sub-contractors work
Arranging building inspections by local authorities
Ensuring all delays and appointments are handled in accordance to the project contract documents
