Building Manager (Queenstown)

Building Manager required for company in the FMCG industry based in Queenstown to manage, coordinate and work on the construction of new build and repairs of
company buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the construction in erecting structures and demolition.
• Manage a team of construction workers and ensure materials for build are ordered and distributed as per the needs of the build and in accordance to processes defined by the company.
• Basic plumbing implementation.
• Oversee electrical and other service providers in the building process.
• Ensure quality buildings are erected in line with relevant codes as well as repairs of existing buildings/workshops etc.
• Recruit and manage the building team on fixed term contracts.

Requirements:

• Building qualification
• Plumbing qualification
• 5 years building experience
• Must be willing to be based in Queenstown
