SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for a Bulk Recruitment Consultant in the Cape Town area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric or relevant NQF 4 qualification
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Bulk Recruitment working within an agency environment
Strong sourcing skills
Knowledge of building a talent pool
Ability to organise and prioritise
Good command of the English language (verbal and written)
Computer literate (MS Office: MS Word and MS Excel)
Ability to utilise social media to drive traffic and source candidates for open vacancies whilst promoting employer branding
Focused with excellent attention to detail
Organisation skills
Sense of urgency (response to clients)
Good telephone manner
Ability to speak a foreign language

KPAs:

Building a talent pool
Pre-screening and managing applications for various vacancies
Arranging interviews
Interviewing candidates
Compiling professional CV’s and references
Working with Recruitment Consultants always ensuring that clients get the best candidates
