SUMMARY:
An opportunity is available for a Bulk Recruitment Consultant in the Cape Town area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • Matric or relevant NQF 4 qualification
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Bulk Recruitment working within an agency environment
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Knowledge of building a talent pool
  • Ability to organise and prioritise
  • Good command of the English language (verbal and written)
  • Computer literate (MS Office: MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Ability to utilise social media to drive traffic and source candidates for open vacancies whilst promoting employer branding
  • Focused with excellent attention to detail
  • Organisation skills
  • Sense of urgency (response to clients)
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to speak a foreign language
KPAs:
  • Building a talent pool
  • Pre-screening and managing applications for various vacancies
  • Arranging interviews
  • Interviewing candidates
  • Compiling professional CV’s and references
  • Working with Recruitment Consultants always ensuring that clients get the best candidates
