SUMMARY:
A tech solutions company is recruiting for an Agile BA to join their various software development teams. The opportunity is based in Pretoria and the successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, Project Managers and Software Developers to deliver on projects within the technology and software domain.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Knowledge of User Experience Design, HTML and API integrations
Data representation principals and applications

Requirements:

2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst in custom software development for business applications at enterprise level.
Talent Management, Assessment or Business Intelligence industry experience
Process mapping and modelling
Analytical Skills (data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, gap analysis)
Experience working with virtual software development teams and using development workflow systems

Duties:

Ensure software solutions meet business requirements by facilitating processes
Conduct business analysis work plans and timelines for projects
Oversee the solution handing over process after the completion of the requirements and design phases
Administer meetings and workshops through successive development work.
Manage the functional system and user acceptance testing
Ensure the successful implementation and roll outs of projects while working closely with the Project Manager.
