• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to align with business goals
• Track operational costs and identify opportunities for efficiency
• Prepare and present financial reports with detailed variance analysis
• Manage cash flow and ensure adequate working capital
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage risks
• Monitor business performance through KPIs and financial analysis
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making
