My client is a well-established company in the FMCG industry, renowned for its commitment to innovation, market insights, and strategic growth. To enhance their business intelligence and sales operations, they are seeking a Business Development Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and optimize commercial performance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales and market data while supporting key account management initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, sales analytics, or market research, preferably within the FMCG sector.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Market Insights & Sales Analytics

Collect and consolidate customer sell-out data for business reports.
Validate and analyze sales data to track business trends and brand performance.
Monitor market and competitor movements, providing insights on market share dynamics.

Business Administration

Coordinate KAM feedback on promotions, pricing, and customer contracts.
Track and update promotional calendars, ensuring seamless execution.
Support new product development by coordinating insights and feedback from the KAM team.
Drive ranging and distribution across various customer channels.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics.
Experience: 3-5 years in a business intelligence, sales analytics, or commercial role.
Industry Exposure: FMCG experience preferred.

Technical & Soft Skills:

Strong proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
