Duties:

• Develop and automate reports, ensuring accurate data extraction from the Hollard Health system.
• Own and manage data integration across all business areas and external partners.
• Utilise Power BI or similar analytics tools to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
• Understand business processes such as member changes and other key operational workflows.
• Act as a subject matter expert on business processes and data-driven decision-making.
• Assist business analysts in mapping and documenting processes.
• Perform post-development testing, implementation, and monitoring of solutions.
• Ensure efficient and accurate coding, adhering to best practices in software development.
• Implement CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery) for streamlined development workflows.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Honour's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field will be advantageous.
