Our client is looking for an experienced BI (Business Intelligence) Manager to lead the development, implementation, and management of data analytics and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making to support operational and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the BI team in designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions that support organizational objectives.
• Oversee data collection, transformation, and storage to ensure data integrity and security.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, analyze requirements, and provide relevant insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting tools to present actionable insights to management.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes and provide recommendations for business improvements.
• Establish BI standards, best practices, and governance policies to enhance data quality and consistency.
• Monitor BI system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Train and support team members and stakeholders on BI tools and data interpretation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies in business intelligence and analytics.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.,
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse architecture.,
• Proficiency in ERP systems and data integration.,
• Knowledge of the food production or FMCG industry is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
