As a Business Solutions Analyst, you will be pivotal in analysing business requirements and challenges, identifying root causes, and implementing effective strategies to enhance organisational processes, systems, and technologies.

What To Expect

Requirement Gathering and Analysis

• Work with business users and stakeholders to collect and document their needs and goals
• Hold workshops to understand current processes and systems
• Analyse business processes to find areas for improvement and automation
• Do feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to suggest the best solutions

Solution Design and Development

• Create detailed solution proposals with specifications and process diagrams
• Work with IT teams to turn business requirements into technical specifications
• Team up with developers to design and implement solutions

Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Degree in Industrial Engineering

Experience and Skills

• Experience as a Business Solutions Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Understanding of software development and project management
