POSITION INFO:

We are recruiting for 3 x BSA (Business / Systems Analyst) roles 

You can either be based in Cape Town or JHB (This is a HYBRID ROLE) 

Start date 1st October 2024

The Ideal candidate should possess a blend of Business Analysis (65%) and Systems Analysis (35%) experience. i.e. 5 years BA experience, 3 years SA experience.

Business Analysis requirements

• Proven expertise in workshop facilitation, with experience managing large groups (10-20 stakeholders) and challenging personalities. This will be evaluated during the role-play/interview
• Ability to fully own a feature from ideation to documentation, including documenting business and systems requirements
• Proficiency in using Miro for collaboration and workshop facilitation.
• Systems Analysis requirements
• Hands-on experience with BFFs, APIs, SQL, and relational databases (not just theoretical knowledge).
• Their practical knowledge and experience will also be assessed during the interview.

Additional preferences

• Open to all candidates, with a preference for EE candidates.
• Industry experience in Financial Services is preferred, but not limited to.
• Experience with working on medium / large digital transformation projects and self-service portals.
• The ideal candidate should thrive in a young, fast-paced, agile environment, being innovative, adaptable, tech-savvy, and creative. They should be comfortable with rapid changes and able to adapt quickly.
• Highest Qualification: Degree/Bachelors at a minimum
• Financial Services experience preferred
