Inherent requirements:
• NQF Level 6 qualification in Business Management or equivalent
• 3 years’ sales, business or operations management experience
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Duties and responsibilities:
• Source / Cold call for new business to increase market share
• Increase the Company footprint with new clients and in
designated areas of Gqeberha
• Attract new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or any
other means of generating interest for potential clients
• Responsible for sales within hospitals for Allmed Healthcare
Professionals, in order to be operating at full potential and
productivity levels
• Plan a persuasive approach and pitch that will convince potential
clients to do business with the Company as well as for current
clients to increase business
• Develop rapport with all new clients
• Ensure all sales, operational and client policies and procedures
are adhered to
• Research and source new business opportunities
• Prepare proposals and quotes as per Company policy
• Reach and exceed targets and turnover
• Follow-up on all quotes and correspondences that has been sent
out
• Ensure that clients are invoiced annually on their anniversary
• Communicate any challenges identified to the Director
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Ensure updated SLAs with clients and adherence to conditions set
out in agreements
• Provide monthly statistics and reports
• Provide superior customer orientated service to all our current
and future clients
