REQUIREMENTS
Matric
Minimum of 5 years Butchery experience and managing the full butchery store
Ability to manage a team of 15 – 20 people
Experience managing orders and stock
Experience managing the finances within the branch and performing cash up & Banking
Opening and Closing of the Butchery
Must have dealt with Cash In Transport companies
Point of Sales experience
Computer literate - Excel, Word and emails
Working 6 days a week and 1 or 2 Sundays as required
DUTIES
Manage the full day to day operation of a butchery
Manage a team of 15 – 20 people
Uplifting staff and ensuring attendance and good work performance
Control, manage and ordering of stock
Calculation of gross profits for the butchery
Perform daily cash up
Manage the store banking
Dealing with emails and the head office
Open and Closing of the store
Managing the point of sale system
Dealing with cash in transit companies
Manage cash up and float requirements
General ad-hoc administration skills
Problem solving
Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
