- Manufacture/prepare and/or wrap products
according to specifications/standards and
daily/weekly targets
- Correctly price random weight/loose selling
items
- Check correct pricing e.g. labels
- Conduct regular quality checks, ensure that
stock is rotated. Damaged/expired stock is
removed
- Prevent wastage/shrinkage/damages
- Complete all relevant administration/
