POSITION INFO:

• Procurement Strategy – Develop and implement purchasing strategies to secure top-quality building materials at competitive prices.
• Supplier Management – Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective deals.
• Market & Cost Analysis – Stay ahead of industry trends, pricing changes, and new products to optimize purchasing decisions.
• Inventory Control – Work with warehouse teams to maintain stock levels and manage supply flow efficiently.
• Cost Control & Budgeting – Manage procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Quality Assurance – Ensure all products meet company standards and resolve supplier issues promptly.
• Collaboration & Reporting – Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, and operations teams to align procurement with business goals.
• Process Improvement – Develop supplier review processes to ensure we remain competitive in the market.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of five years of procurement experience in the building supplies or construction industry.
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Industry knowledge to make strategic purchasing decisions.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and solve problems quickly.
