A Marine Company is on the hunt for a Buyer who excels in managing the export logistics of goods. The buyer who fulfills this role should be able to communicate effectively in French and English. This is an amazing challenge to source the best components in the Marine Industry!

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Quoting:

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and supplies for subsidiaries in Africa.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotes to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Prepare and send company quotations to subsidiaries.

• Capture purchase orders (POs) accurately in the system.
• Ensure timely processing and approval of purchase orders.
• Track orders to ensure on-time delivery.

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable procurement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subsidiaries to align on procurement needs.
• Communicate effectively in both English and French with stakeholders.

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in procurement, export coordination, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of international trade and logistics regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
