SUMMARY:
Urgently looking for immediately available Finance BA:
Cape Town based but JHB will also be considered if the right fit.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
This is a 6-month contract to start immediately.
  • Solid understanding of Finance Business Processes
  • Preferable to have Financial Services, if not Insurance, experience
  • Self-starter, independent worker
  • Thinks in process/value-chain – seeks to understand what they do – not just do.
  • Analytical and looks for improvement/smarter ways of achieving the outcome
  • High cognitive ability to pick up complex financial models and rules, OM’s products etc. quickly
  • Business analysis and project exposure is essential
  • Experience in mapping out complex business processes
  • Exposure to a complex organisational structure at Group level
Education and experience:
  • Finance qualification & background
  • If CA, must have 1.5 to 2 years plus post articles experience in Accounting (not Audit)
  • Business Analysis Diploma
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and products
  • Finance Transformation Roadmap
Senior BA rate relative to skills and experience
