JOB DESCRIPTION:
A luxury 5 star Game Lodge located in Mpumalanga
Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
Maintain the company’s inventory management standards. Manage and maintain the company’s inventory including stock profiles and stock locations. Responsible for stock controls, ensure all incoming stock is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure. Ensure stocks are ready and available for sales, usage and transfer daily. Monitor and evaluate consumable usage and costs. Produce daily reports and ensure key critical areas of the stock system are controlled and discrepancies are addressed and resolved. Assist HOD’s with inventory related problem solving. Knowledge and understanding of workplace Health and Safety. Willing to learn new skills and share knowledge. Manage and report of departmental cost of sales.
2 years minimum experience in a similar environment. Admin strong and knowledge of PANstrat. Microsoft office know how. Good with numbers and must be organized.
