Private Beach Lodge located 3 hours away from Cape Town in the Western Cape

Job Description

Seeking a vibrant and energetic management couple, to join a stunning Beach Lodge located in the Western Cape. The pair will be there to assist the current manager’s located on site. One candidate must  be a certified FGASA guide (preferably marine) or almost completed course with a valid first aid certificate and PDP driver’s license. The other must have a qualification or experience in hotel management/food services and be admin orientated. Both individuals must be able to  host guests with enthusiasm and  bubbly personalities. Must be fluent in English. More languages will be advantageous,  both be willing to do front of house as well as back of house duties. Stand in for senior management on leave cycles.

Qualifications

• Matric
• Diploma in Hospitality Management
• FAGASA LVL 1 ( Marine preferable )
• PDP Drivers

Skills

Minimum 3 years experience gained in a 5 star establishment. Excellent people skills. Able to work over time when needed. Fluent in English. Admin strong.
