SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a CNC Turner to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

Set and operate CNC lathe machines to perform tasks such as drilling, tapping, turning etc.
Reading and interpreting of engineering drawings
Measure finished products according to customers drawings
Working to fine tolerances (0,01mm) as per customers’ requirements
Adjusting of programs to suit material

Desired Experience & Qualification

Proven experience as CNC lathe setter and operator
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
Good communication abilities
Competent using measuring equipment: micrometer, depth vernier, clock gauge, inside micrometer and telescopic gauge (will be tested on all of these in interview)
Must have basic programming skills
Ability to work independently
