SUMMARY:
We are recruiting for a highly experienced Compliance Coordinator to join our client’s Commodities team in Wellington. With technical product knowledge and understanding of the animal-feed industry, this specialist will build and manage the strategic partnerships in the Lucerne industry in Southern Africa.
POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS
• Tertiary Qualification, preferential in Agriculture or BTech
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Strong administration skills
• Bilingual (English and Afrikaans compulsory)
• Background knowledge of product flow (from seed to fork) will be an advantage
• Experience in preparing audit files and successfully passing audits is crucial
• Knowledge of export legislative requirements necessary

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible to assist growers to prepare compliance/accreditation audit files for example
GlobalG.A.P.,
GRASP, Tesco, LEAF, SPRING, SIZA, M&S (Field to Fork), BRC & IFS
• Responsible to communicate on due diligence matters with customers and implement their
requirements with
our growers
• Work closely with Commercial team on compliance
• Monitor audit dates of suppliers and ensure they are notified in time
• Assist new suppliers with initial information on accreditations
• Ensure supplier lists and certification database is updated and maintained
• Ensure sampling, MRL results and spray records are monitored
• Ensure all permits and certificates are in order
• are accurately and timeously completed
• Provide market analysis and monthly reporting
• Consistently maintain high level of administrative efficiency and accuracy
