POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• A degree in Law (LLB) and admission as an Attorney and Conveyancer in South Africa
• Minimum 3 – 5 years experience as an Associate/ Conveyancer
• Practice consists of roughly 30% Commercial and 70% Litigation
• Drafting of sale agreements, transport agreements, credit agreements, shareholders agreements, membership agreements, service level agreements 
• Litigation consists of a lot of property related litigation, insolvencies, defamation, shareholder disputes, building disputes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
